About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BI projects from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery
- Build dynamic Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX, Power Query, and RLS
- Write efficient SQL for data extraction and transformation across Azure SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into insights
- Integrate Power BI with Excel, Power Automate, and SharePoint
- Partner with Data Engineers to align with data pipelines and ensure accuracy
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on BI experience
- Deep expertise in Power BI, SQL, and DAX
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and BI architecture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment
- Experience with Python for Gen AI innovations is a plus
- Knowledge of Tableau or Qlik Sense is an advantage
