Responsibilities

• Design and develop the backend system of the trading core system
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize systems to handle high concurrency, stability, and low latency
• Participate in business design and propose constructive technical solutions
• Write technical documentation and research cutting-edge technologies to plan future architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science
• Solid foundation in C++ with familiarity in Folly, Boost, or other open source libraries
• Proficiency in NoSQL cache, message queues, and search engines (Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch)
• Skilled in system analysis, design, and code refactoring
• Experience with large-scale project architecture and distributed systems
• Expertise in performance tuning for high-traffic environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Full stack technical expertise
• Experience in trading system or memory system construction
