Lead Backend Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize the user account system including registration, login, and profiles
• Design and maintain the account security framework
• Lead core development of user permission systems, session management, and authentication/authorization modules (OAuth/SSO)
• Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex technical issues, and perform performance tuning for high-concurrency scenarios

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in Golang
• Proficiency in AI-driven development using Claude Code
• Experience developing gRPC/HTTP APIs and understanding concurrency principles
• Familiarity with distributed systems, Kafka, and gRPC
• Strong logical thinking and business comprehension skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes automation
• Experience with DevOps practices
