Responsibilities

• Deeply understand business requirements, author technical proposals and system designs, and lead the team to achieve business objectives
• Responsible for the planning, development, and optimization of shared technical components
• Analyze system bottlenecks, resolve complex issues, and perform system performance tuning
• Explore emerging industry technologies and approaches to strengthen the company's technical capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• 2+ years of architecture experience in Golang
• Proficient in Golang frameworks, language features, and data structures
• Skilled in API development and concurrency principles
• Experience building high-concurrency, high-load systems
• Familiarity with distributed systems and message middleware
• Strong logical thinking and clean coding practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes automation
• Hands-on DevOps implementation experience
