Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the detailing team and manage weekly schedules
• Establish, document, and improve detailing processes and SOPs
• Perform quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet retail-ready expectations
• Coach and mentor team members on proper techniques and efficiency
• Manage inventory of detailing chemicals, tools, and equipment
• Perform complete interior and exterior detailing including washing, polishing, and waxing
• Operate buffers, polishers, extractors, and steam cleaners safely
• Identify cosmetic issues requiring additional repair or paint correction

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive detailing experience
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a detailing team
• Strong understanding of dealership vehicle reconditioning processes
• Experience managing detailing chemicals, equipment, and supply inventory
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience detailing luxury or electric vehicles
• Paint correction and ceramic coating experience
• Experience with inventory purchasing and vendor management
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
