Lead Auditor - Corporate Oversight

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit and oversight reports by reviewing documents and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Develop and review audit programs specifically related to fraud and corruption to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Conduct meetings with audited entities to discuss findings and business requirements
• Oversee fraud and corruption investigations and ensure tasks are completed based on approved audit programs
• Review analysis and examinations performed by the oversight audit team to ensure compliance with legal standards, policies, and procedures
• Identify and assess organizational risk areas related to fraud and corruption to support the annual audit plan
• Supervise audit staff in identifying, developing, and documenting audit issues and recommendations
• Ensure the implementation of approved corrective actions resulting from audit processes
• Review draft audit reports to ensure adherence to professional standards and information security policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, or Business Administration from an accredited university
• 8 years of relevant professional experience (for Bachelor's degree holders)
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience (for Master's degree holders)
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a proven ability to examine and improve business processes
• Knowledge of statistical methods and their applications
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
