Lead Associate - Treasury

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations and payment monitoring related to claims processing and Bordeau
• Deliver on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Lead process improvement, transformation, and automation initiatives to drive efficiency
• Establish and maintain strong process controls
• Manage all month-end activities according to the calendar
• Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore team members
• Communicate decisively with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Commerce Graduate degree
• 3-4 years of experience in Treasury operations
• Sound knowledge of Treasury processes and payment monitoring/processing
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Gurgaon on a 5-day work week
• Availability to work the UK shift (01:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with MS Dynamics ERP
