Lead Associate Trading Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships as a strategic advisor, guiding problem-solving discussions and providing best-in-class service.
• Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk by providing innovative solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
• Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts.
• Develop portfolio-specific goals and track progress regularly against company vision and values.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the product team to influence product development based on business objectives.
• Coach and manage a team of Traders, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and developing career paths.
• Manage team bandwidth and report progress against goals to management.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to solve business challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and developing a team.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts.
• Extensive experience in developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships.
• Strong leadership and management skills using a collaborative team approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to execute and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
