Lead Associate, Rewards Data Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze compensation and benefits data to support client projects and business development
• Serve as a key resource for selected industries, maintaining close relationships with survey clients
• Support medium to large-scale projects, ensuring strict adherence to project management standards and client requirements
• Act as a project manager for small-scale projects and assist in the delivery of compensation-based work, such as salary structure development and pay assessments
• Prepare analysis, trends, and insights for client presentations and meetings
• Support revenue growth through business development, account management, and proposal development activities
• Guide and support inexperienced members of the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant compensation experience (experience with an established compensation survey company is highly preferred)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or an analytical subject
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
• Strong business writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and proposals
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey ideas in a coherent, logical manner
