Lead Associate - Process Training

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire training for GDS Travel accounts, including TNI and TNA to program modules based on process changes
• Identify trainee strengths and areas for improvement, providing concrete work plans for development
• Monitor and control absenteeism and attrition while motivating the training team
• Prepare daily training summaries regarding headcount, progress, performance management, and attrition
• Manage trainee discipline and grievances while ensuring timely production of training materials
• Provide guidance and assistance in the training of less experienced staff
• Coordinate training supplies and room reservations in cooperation with the Training Assistant

Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years of college education
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience handling Process Training for GDS Travel accounts
• Hands-on experience using GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling Corporate Travel accounts
