Lead Associate - Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary end-to-end customer service with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor
• Provide consultation and support throughout the booking process, including best fares, routing, and international travel requirements
• Utilize creative thinking to identify optimal air, rail, car, and hotel arrangements
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail by proactively anticipating and mitigating potential travel problems
• Follow company standards regarding tool utilization, work accuracy, attendance, and process workflow
• Adapt quickly to change and work effectively under pressure to ensure a memorable customer experience

Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years of college education
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in GDS Travel Operations
• Proficiency in using GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling Corporate Travel Accounts
