Lead Associate, Global Benefits Management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global and regional benefits implementation and data collection
• Maintain and update internal benefits databases and technology setups
• Manage ongoing data inventory and track benefit policy renewals
• Provide project management support, including consistency reviews of client deliverables
• Collect pooling data and generate reports, analytics, and dashboards for stakeholders
• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to optimize productivity and professional growth
• Assist with technology setup, electronic repositories, and budget management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project management or client service roles
• Proven experience in team management or leading small groups
• Proficiency in English (strong oral, written, and presentation skills)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in global benefits or brokerage work
• Previous experience in insurance or shared services operations
• Proficiency in an additional language
