About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate global and regional benefits implementation and data collection
- Maintain and update internal benefits databases and technology setups
- Manage ongoing data inventory and track benefit policy renewals
- Provide project management support, including consistency reviews of client deliverables
- Collect pooling data and generate reports, analytics, and dashboards for stakeholders
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members to optimize productivity and professional growth
- Assist with technology setup, electronic repositories, and budget management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience in project management or client service roles
- Proven experience in team management or leading small groups
- Proficiency in English (strong oral, written, and presentation skills)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in global benefits or brokerage work
- Previous experience in insurance or shared services operations
- Proficiency in an additional language
