Lead Associate Account Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee the health of client relationships as a strategic advisor
• Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk by providing innovative solutions
• Lead key agency client meetings in collaboration with business development and trading counterparts
• Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders
• Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals and track revenue progress
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the product team to influence product development
• Coach and manage a team of Account Managers, providing feedback and career development
• Manage team bandwidth and report progress against goals to management
• Collaborate with functional leaders to solve business challenges and drive efficiency

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital advertising experience
• At least 2 years of direct people management and team development experience
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
• Experience in developing and managing client relationships
• Strong leadership and collaborative management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
