Lead Associate Account Director

Responsibilities

• Own and drive revenue growth across a defined portfolio of priority agency and advertiser accounts
• Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across various channels, data, and measurement solutions
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior agency and client stakeholders to shape long-term investment strategies
• Translate platform capabilities into tangible client business outcomes and strategic recommendations
• Provide consultancy on channels such as CTV, display, and data activation
• Build structured account plans that identify growth drivers and potential risk areas
• Collaborate internally to maintain alignment between Client Services and Sales teams
• Contribute to the Client Services practice by creating training materials, best practices, and customer-facing guides

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital advertising, media, or adtech in a client-facing role
• Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and measurement solutions
• Proven track record of managing and growing complex agency or advertiser relationships
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to prioritize effectively and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal)
