Lead Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Prepare and review design briefs, conceptual designs, design development outputs, and working drawings.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with local regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate architectural inputs with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with project objectives, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of works under complex quality and safety management plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Architecture with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural design development and review for infrastructure projects (e.g., Housing, Healthcare, Institutional, or Critical Infrastructure).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a Lead Architect role.
• Possession of a valid Professional Certification authorizing architectural practice for CC2 or CC3 category buildings/structures.
• Extensive experience overseeing implementation of works under complex quality and safety plans.
• Strong architectural design leadership and multidisciplinary team coordination skills.
