Lead Architect - Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution and enterprise architecture for your squad, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Azure best practices
• Define and maintain architectural patterns and governance frameworks to ensure scalability and security
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust target-state architectures
• Lead technical design reviews and oversee architecture governance across the delivery lifecycle
• Support pre-sales activities, provide accurate estimations, and contribute to long-term roadmap planning
• Mentor architects and engineers to elevate the collective technical capability of the team

Requirements

• Significant experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles within complex environments
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and cloud-native design
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence strategic decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within TOGAF frameworks
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies
