About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale Capgemini's GCP Data & Analytics portfolio across North America.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across Google Cloud's North America organization.
- Lead joint planning sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and co-sell activities with Google.
- Identify high-value opportunities and use cases specifically within the financial services sector (banking, capital markets, and insurance).
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline for GCP Data & Analytics opportunities.
- Support deal qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and customer presentations.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to strengthen GCP delivery capabilities and promote internal awareness of GCP offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Technology Consulting roles.
- Deep understanding of GCP Data & Analytics capabilities and modern data architectures.
- Proven track record in alliance management, GTM leadership, or portfolio ownership.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and supporting cloud solution sales cycles.
- Strong executive influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- GCP certifications (e.g., Cloud Digital Leader, Data Engineer, or Cloud Architect).
- Domain expertise in banking, capital markets, or insurance.
- Experience in global consulting or systems integration environments.
- Understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud-native analytics platforms.
