Lead Architect, BI

Responsibilities

• Help build, manage, and grow a Business Intelligence center of excellence
• Assess the BI landscape, create strategic roadmaps, and execute implementation plans
• Create solution architectures, proposals, and RFPs for client presentation
• Perform deep data analysis and build efficient data and semantic models
• Develop training plans, skill upgrade programs, and industry best practices
• Stay updated on market trends by creating POCs and POVs for clients
• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Business Intelligence space
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker
• Proven experience leading and managing teams of 10+ people
• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end project management for BI development
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and effective communication skills
