Lead Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with key customers, owning engineering deliverables to solve complex application requirements
• Drive RFQ execution, part activation, and new product delivery aligned with customer expectations
• Act as a technical and project leader for large-scale or strategic engineering programs
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutions by developing 3D designs, technical documentation, and BOMs
• Identify and develop strategic engineering opportunities and process improvements globally

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English
• Extensive knowledge in hydraulics, product, and application engineering
• Expert use of structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, FRACAS, and Fault Tree Analysis
• Proficiency with CAD (2D/3D), SAP, Teamcenter, Salesforce, and MS Office
• Ability to manage complex engineering projects and deliver on customer timelines with minimal supervision
