Lead Application ADF

Responsibilities

• Own application delivery from design through deployment and support, ensuring timely and reliable software solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and security guidelines through code reviews and implementation validation
• Produce and maintain application-level technical design documents (HLD/LLD) by translating business requirements into structured designs
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and defect trends to identify and mitigate technical risks
• Mentor developers, support onboarding, and provide hands-on technical guidance to build team capability
• Collaborate with business, project management, and IT operations teams to align delivery with organizational objectives
• Support deployment readiness and operational stability through coordinated pre-deployment checks

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software development across the full SDLC
• Expert knowledge of Oracle ADF frameworks and enterprise UI development
• Strong Java skills for enterprise application development
• Deep understanding of backend integration, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Object-Oriented concepts
• Knowledge of BPM notations
• Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL
