Lead - Apparel Testing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute rigorous testing strategies across durability, comfort, and performance
• Lead qualitative and quantitative apparel and accessories testing and perception studies
• Translate complex testing results into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
• Conduct hands-on performance testing and provide benchmarking against competitors
• Establish efficient testing processes, timelines, and feedback loops
• Build and maintain a dynamic network of high-performance athlete testers
• Manage testing systems and databases to ensure high-quality data and optimized reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product validation, UXR, biomechanics, materials science, or related fields
• Proven track record of managing complex projects or product validation cycles
• Deep understanding of high-performance sports apparel and accessories
• Exceptional communication skills to translate dense data into actionable recommendations
• Highly organized with experience building tester networks and managing global logistics
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel globally and work flexible hours to align with athlete schedules
