Lead Antenna Wireless Connectivity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and development of innovative antenna systems and coordinate vehicle integration
• Develop test methodologies, including simulation, prototyping, calibration, validation, and road tests
• Deliver requirements, system definitions, interfaces, implementation, testing, and debugging strategies
• Manage technical relationships with suppliers to deliver solutions within cost, quality, and time targets
• Coordinate specifications with hardware, software, and mechanical teams
• Research technology innovations to design future 5G MIMO solutions

Requirements

• Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in automotive antenna projects
• Strong knowledge of antenna design principles and automotive radio frequency challenges
• Experience in antenna hardware design for cellular, Wifi, and GNSS
• Proficiency with antenna measurement protocols, tools, and 3D simulation tools
• Experience in telematics systems development
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, inter-disciplinary team across different time zones
• Ability to work outdoors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AGILE and SCRUM methodologies
• Knowledge of NB IoT and V2X
• Familiarity with FCC, IEC, ICNIRP, CAR, and HAC regulations
• Proficiency in Chinese, German, or French
