Lead Animator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and delivery of the project's animation and artistic direction
• Plan, assign, and track the animation team's daily tasks
• Create high-quality assets and animations hands-on
• Mentor and provide ongoing feedback to animation team members
• Identify and solve creative, technical, and workflow challenges
• Collaborate with the Animation Director to verify in-game animation quality
• Establish and maintain clear pipelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Senior or Lead-level animation experience in the games industry
• Mastery of body mechanics and animation fundamentals
• Proficiency in MotionBuilder and Maya
• Advanced knowledge of character rigging, skinning, and motion capture
• Ability to learn game engine tools and pipelines quickly
• Strong people management experience
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• AAA shipping experience on consoles is a plus
