Lead Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise business lines on strategies based on performance metrics, trends, and complex data analysis to maximize growth and minimize losses
• Lead projects and teams, serving as a technical expert in delivering high-quality analysis, reports, and dashboards
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and semantic models to support governed self-service analytics
• Identify and adopt new analytical tools, platforms, and methods to improve efficiency and scalability
• Work with cloud data platforms like Starburst and Dremio to build and optimize datasets
• Leverage Power Platform tools to automate workflows, reporting processes, and data refreshes
• Ensure strict adherence to data management, governance, compliance, and legal regulations
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis to identify drivers of variation in key metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
• Proven ability to lead projects, teams, or mentor staff and contractors
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools
• Experience working with cloud data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ThoughtSpot, SSRS, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python
• Domain expertise in home lending, including Sales, Operations, Servicing, and Risk
• Certifications in Data Management, Data Engineering, or Cloud Platforms
• Strong understanding of business drivers and industry trends within lending products
