Lead Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for analytics implementations across UKG products including UKG Pro, UKG Pro WFM, and UKG Data Hub
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the complete IBM Cognos Analytics stack (Reporting, Framework Manager, Dashboards)
• Drive best practices, standards, and governance for reporting and data models
• Collaborate on solutions leveraging data lakes for multi-product data integration
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities within analytics reporting processes
• Mentor team members and contribute to organizational capability building and knowledge sharing
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee the development of high-quality reports, dashboards, and scalable data solutions
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex functional and technical issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics and BI solution delivery
• Strong expertise in the complete IBM Cognos Analytics stack (mandatory)
• Proven experience in solution architecture and leading large-scale BI implementations
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in MS SQL Server and Google Big Query
• Strong knowledge of data modelling and reporting best practices
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Looker and Power BI
• Exposure to AI concepts or analytics automation
• Experience working within Enterprise Data Lake environments
• Experience with ETL tools such as Talend or similar
