Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Optimize the user journey by analyzing end-to-end transfer funnels to identify friction points and conversion bottlenecks.
• Drive growth for high-value customer segments by extracting deep insights to enhance acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Own performance metrics by defining clear KPIs to measure the long-term impact of product changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
• Advocate for the customer by identifying high-impact opportunities and challenging the status quo to improve service levels.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL proficiency with experience handling complex datasets and implementing rigorous data validation.
• Expertise in product analytics, including a strong understanding of front-end event tracking and user behavior.
• Experience with data storytelling and visualization using BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Superset.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional partners.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills with a track record of breaking down complex problems into structured components.
• Exposure to data engineering practices and building/maintaining data pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using dbt for data transformation.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R to automate routine tasks.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Airflow and version control via GitHub.
