Lead Analyst – Risk Rating Support

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage SharePoint Online sites supporting risk rating platform documentation, including site architecture, navigation, and permission structures.
• Support the design, implementation, and operation of an in-house case management and inquiry tracking system to manage user escalations and resolution timelines.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track user inquiry volumes, escalation trends, and resolution metrics.
• Provide user support for Moody’s Credit Lens to investigate questions regarding system access, error messages, and risk rating model inputs.
• Collaborate with technology, modeling, and underwriting departments to resolve user-identified issues in a timely manner.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process enhancements, documentation updates, or training needs based on case trends.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a large financial institution or banking environment.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Moody’s Credit Lens or similar financial spreading platforms.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Python.
