Lead Analyst, Product Analytics

Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to understand project goals and monitor performance
• Partner with the Product team to become an expert in specific product areas
• Build dashboards to answer common questions and improve user experience
• Translate broad questions into research plans and craft data narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• Create technical implementations and documentation for analytical work
• Champion experimentation methodologies and analyze results

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data or product analysis
• 6-8 years of experience with reporting and visualization tools like Looker, Amplitude, Hex, or Tableau
• Experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude
• Fluency in SQL and comfort with Python for data exploration
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, etc.) preferred
