Lead Analyst (OSINT)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and an escalation route for analysts within the intelligence pod
• Lead the collection of real-time information to investigate the threat landscape, including online risks, reputational risks, and criminal behavior
• Deliver high-quality strategic, tactical, operational, and investigative intelligence products
• Work with senior client stakeholders to define intelligence requirements, including keywords, scenario-based threats, and potential threat actors
• Demonstrate expertise in OSINT principles, collection methodologies, and evidential standards

Requirements

• Professional experience in an intelligence leadership role within the public or private sector
• Proven experience with intelligence collection platforms and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of military and government intelligence principles, methodologies, and technologies
• Experience in identifying and countering misinformation and disinformation, and analyzing public sentiment
• Ability to maintain evidential standards for web-based OSINT and PAI collection

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Security, Cyber Security, or a related field
• Experience designing intelligence processes
• Experience supporting strategic communications campaigns or policy-focused research
• Professional project management qualification
• Ability to speak additional languages
