Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced marketing measurement solutions, including Media Mix Modelling and Multi-Touch Attribution
• Oversee and mentor a team of analysts to drive high-quality execution of econometric models
• Perform rigorous panel data analysis using fixed effects, random effects, and mixed effects models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable measurement strategies
• Evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness by analyzing ROI/ROAS, response curves, and other performance metrics
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across data science modeling flows from collection to deployment
• Present strategic recommendations and results to clients to drive business optimization
• Leverage cloud platforms for scalable data storage, processing, and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in marketing measurement and attribution
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role
• Advanced proficiency in R (tidyverse, ggplot2) or Python for data manipulation and modeling
• Strong expertise in SQL for complex data handling
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as Bayes’ theorem, Markov chains, and optimization algorithms
