Lead Analyst, Material Master Data

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day global Material Master Data Governance operations.
• Design and manage data workflows to ensure high data quality and compliance with internal and external regulations (GXP, SOX, PII).
• Own documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and data quality catalogs.
• Coordinate data conversion, validation, error handling, and audit/compliance actions such as CAPA.
• Partner with cross-functional business process owners and data stewards to remediate data quality errors and build sustainable processes.
• Lead mid-sized projects and serve as a subject matter expert for data-related initiatives and digital transformation.
• Prepare metrics and dashboards to monitor data quality and facilitate efficient departmental operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6+ years of professional business experience.
• 3+ years of data management experience within large ERP platforms.
• Proven experience managing data for finished products, semi-finished products, raw materials, and packaging.
• Deep understanding of Material Master Data and related cross-functional processes.
• Expertise in data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (e.g., GXP).
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S4 Hana and/or SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Demonstrated experience implementing or managing global ERP systems.
• Background working within Supply Chain (procurement, planning) or Finance.
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
