Lead Analyst - Master Data Management (Validation & Integration)

Responsibilities

• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate data flow from MDM 360 to downstream systems
• Document data flows, field mappings, transformation logic, and maintain the MDM data dictionary
• Execute data quality checks focusing on completeness, accuracy, and consistency using SQL
• Support UAT activities by executing test cases and logging defects in JIRA
• Review API payload structures (JSON) and use tools like Postman or Swagger to validate responses
• Assist in translating business needs into documented requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support financial and regulatory reporting validation by investigating data breaks and discrepancies

Requirements

• Intermediate SQL skills for querying datasets, performing joins, and data reconciliation
• Familiarity with API concepts (REST/JSON) and tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Basic exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and Master Data Management (MDM) principles
• Proficiency in Excel and JIRA for data tracking and defect management
• Strong attention to detail and structured written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 7-10 years of professional experience
• Experience in banking or financial services data environments
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Exposure to Informatica Customer 360 or Reference 360
