Lead Analyst - GRC

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX scoping and IT risk assessments to identify financially relevant systems and SaaS implementations.
• Design, document, and maintain effective IT General Controls (ITGCs) to mitigate financial reporting risk.
• Coordinate control execution and perform ongoing monitoring across logical access, change management, and IT operations.
• Partner with management, Internal Audit, and External Audit to support walkthroughs, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Address IT control deficiencies by performing root cause analyses and driving remediation plans.
• Provide advisory support and training to control owners on IT SOX compliance and best practices.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Consulting (e.g., Big 4).
• In-depth knowledge of IT GRC platforms such as AuditBoard.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, validation methods, and governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills to drive stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data transformation and complex querying.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, and integration logic.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
