Lead Analyst, Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the Corporate IT function through financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and financial reporting requests.
• Lead the Capital Expenditure (CapEx) process, including CER preparation and project closure.
• Analyze and interpret financial results, comparing actual performance against plans and forecasts.
• Perform monthly reporting of capital spending and project utilization rates.
• Complete transactions related to IT labor charge-outs, capitalization, and reclasses.
• Drive value-added insights through strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and Excel modeling.
• Act as a trusted business partner to IT management, explaining budget processes and financial trends.
• Improve data analytics and facilitate the interpretation of data for functional leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and/or PowerBI.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both finance and non-finance professionals.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently with a broad scope of responsibility.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
