About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end market research projects, ensuring efficient programming and delivery using a First Time Right (FTR) approach.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 to 5 members, providing training, feedback, and performance appraisals.
  • Plan and execute project schedules, timelines, and budgets for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee complex data processing tasks, including weighting, data merging, coding, and survey programming.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve issues and manage expectations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements to increase team productivity and efficiency.
  • Handle various research methodologies such as segmentation, max-diff, copy-testing, and concept-testing.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in market research, specifically focused on data processing.
  • 5-6 years of experience in project management or data processing.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing a team of at least 2 to 5 people.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; a Post Graduate degree in Operations or Market Research is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SPSS, Excel, and Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of weighting, data merging, and coding methodologies.
  • Experience with programmatic platforms such as Quantum and/or Dimensions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, including rotational night shifts and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing continuous and wave tracking studies.
  • Advanced consulting and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
