Lead Analyst - Credit Data Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of enhancements to the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data
• Build dashboards to modernize analytics, data storytelling, and assist management with special data projects
• Perform ad-hoc analytics using advanced SQL to extract business value and answer stakeholder questions
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, including source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries
• Partner with diverse teams to understand business use cases and enforce data policies to improve data literacy
• Complete month-end validations on reporting data to ensure quality and completeness
• Mentor junior team members and assist in training less experienced consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Governance
• 4+ years of experience working within Banking or Financial Services
• Advanced SQL skills and expertise in data profiling and mapping
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and transformation methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of data-related government regulatory requirements and emerging industry trends
