Lead Analyst - Capability

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on IT audits and SOX/ICFR/IFC/SOC testing, including scoping, process flows, walkthrough documentation, and testing of design and operating effectiveness (TOD & TOE).
• Perform risk assessments and provide risk management consulting to deliver result-oriented solutions to senior management.
• Manage IT security aspects related to key areas such as database management systems and IT general controls (ITGC).
• Utilize frameworks like COBIT and COSO to ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Manage professional service engagement teams and deliver high-quality reports.
• Present findings and audit results clearly to top management.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience specifically in SOX IT Controls Testing.
• Proven experience in IT audits (SOC, IFRS, COBIT, COSO) and Business Automated Controls.
• Strong background in IT risk consulting and regulatory compliance audits.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for report writing and executive presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work onsite in Chennai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CISA.
• Educational background in B.Com, B.Tech, or an IT Specialist qualification.
• Experience managing professional service engagement teams.
