About the role
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced analytics to support strategic decisions on market positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution across the APAC region.
- Design and deliver Price, Promotion, and Distribution Analytics to strengthen Revenue Growth Management.
- Generate and present clear commercial performance insights through monthly reporting and tracking to support regional decision-making.
- Support data operations and manage data ingestion into global and regional dashboards to ensure on-time delivery of key metrics.
- Develop and automate dynamic dashboards to enable real-time performance tracking and agile decision-making for senior management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to identify revenue, margin, and efficiency opportunities.
- Translate complex data and research findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Manage relationships with external market research vendors to ensure alignment with company goals and research quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or quantitative discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial analytics or market research.
- Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and experience with primary and secondary research data.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve conflicts while balancing multiple stakeholder interests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven expertise in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic insights that drive commercial success.
- Strong storytelling skills with a flair for data-driven communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and applying innovative analytical methodologies.
