Lead Analyst, ADI eShop & eCommerce Distribution Operations and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own stocking position and availability for approximately 50K materials, building reports to identify in-stock gaps and partnering with Supply Chain to execute inventory actions.
• Develop weekly and quarterly POS/POA/WSI forecasts using statistical approaches like regression and run-rate analysis.
• Publish leadership-ready ship-revenue outlooks, including forecast narratives and customer concentration views.
• Manage eCommerce Distribution Quarterly Business Review (QBR) assets, covering market share, growth, and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive eShop operations dashboard to track order management, quoting, and system health.
• Analyze eShop user experience data from surveys and inquiries to inform platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, or channel management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building repeatable dashboards using Power BI, Qlik, or similar tools.
• Strong quantitative skills in forecasting and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint narratives.
• Experience supporting eCommerce distribution partners or digital channel operations.
