Lead All-Source Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and automated workflows to sift through large datasets for modeling and intelligence efforts
• Apply all-source intelligence tradecraft and technical analysis to create system models from circuit diagrams, schematics, and source code
• Leverage intelligence databases and analytic tools to support technical collection and threat modeling
• Create custom query logic and scripts to extract and correlate data across intelligence repositories
• Apply network analysis, COMINT, and SIGINT tradecraft to technical problems
• Document and present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Brief leadership on project status, technical findings, and operational impacts

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with active CI polygraph (or willingness to obtain)
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Intelligence community experience with proficiency in all-source intelligence tools (e.g., DataXplorer, XKeyScore)
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++, or similar
• Experience with data analysis and automation using pandas and SQL
• General understanding of electrical engineering, including circuit diagrams and signal processing
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as SPICE or MATLAB
• Ability to travel frequently to customer locations in MD

Preferred Qualifications

• SIGINT, COMINT, or Cryptologic experience
• Experience with network analysis tools like Wireshark
• Reverse engineering experience using Ghidra or IDA Pro
• Knowledge of disassembly, decompilation, and binary file formats
• Foreign language skills (Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Farsi, etc.) with relevant DLPT scores
• Capture the Flag (CTF) experience
• Knowledge of digital twin development and cyber-physical system modeling
• Experience with embedded systems analysis
