Lead Algorithm & Signal Processing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and apply cutting-edge signal processing and machine learning techniques for radar and RF sensing challenges
• Design and implement models and simulations for advanced RF systems
• Lead small teams and projects
• Support business development and proposal writing efforts
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deploy capabilities to prototype systems

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related technical discipline
• 5-7+ years of relevant work experience (BS +7 years or MS +5 years)
• Experience in RF/radar signal processing, optimization, waveform design, electronic warfare, or machine learning
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++
• Strong mathematical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance
• Experience with RF technologies in the defense sector
• Experience with machine learning tasks such as NLP, image recognition, or reinforcement learning
• Proficiency with tools like PyTorch, Ray, TensorFlow, or MLflow
• Ability to translate mission needs into analytical solutions and present briefings to senior management
