Lead AI Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and iterate internal AI agents and workflow tools for priority business use cases
• Partner with Product, IT, Analytics, and Business stakeholders to translate needs into working solutions
• Translate product requirements into technical implementations, including prompt design, tool orchestration, and workflow logic
• Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources such as CRMs, knowledge bases, and communication tools
• Take early concepts and prototypes into usable, maintainable internal products
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable integration of tools
• Serve as the primary owner for deployment infrastructure for internal agentic applications

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, agents, or agentic workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Gemini
• Strong understanding of agentic engineering, including multi-step workflows, tool orchestration, and memory/context management
• Experience integrating AI systems with internal tools and data sources via APIs and workflow automation
• Experience working within AWS and/or GCP environments
• Ability to move from ambiguous problem statements to working solutions quickly through rapid prototyping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and reliability
• Knowledge of token optimization, prompt efficiency, and cost-performance tradeoffs
• Familiarity with security, governance, and observability principles including logging and monitoring
