Lead AI Business Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end, client-facing engagements and own early-stage conversations with senior business and executive stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, helping articulate business challenges and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
• Shape and lead pre-sales conversations, including discovery workshops, executive briefings, and value-focused discussions.
• Define AI-enabled business use cases, problem statements, and transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic outcomes.
• Translate business priorities into clear, well-structured briefs for AI and engineering teams.
• Lead and shape winning proposals, from opportunity framing and value narrative through to executive-level pitches and client sign-off.
• Develop business cases, ROI narratives, and investment justifications to support client decision-making.
• Partner closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or senior business advisory roles.
• Proven experience leading pre-sales, advisory, or early-stage transformation conversations with enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, shape, and win client proposals and executive-level pitches.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Strong ability to build value-driven narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and a strong commercial mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in strategic consultancy or experience at top-tier consulting firms.
• Exposure to AI, data, digital, or advanced analytics initiatives within a consulting or transformation context.
