Lead AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Generative AI solutions integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
• Design "Bring Your Own Model" (BYOM) patterns for secure access to Foundational Models on AWS
• Architect data ingestion and grounding strategies using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Establish AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with the Einstein Trust Layer
• Lead technical implementation of Model Builder and Prompt Builder within Salesforce
• Develop serverless middleware using AWS Lambda and API Gateway
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure correct data ingestion from S3 and Redshift
• Monitor LLM performance, latency, and token costs to optimize spend

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Data Science
• 3+ years focused on AI/ML solutioning or Data Engineering
• Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock, including Knowledge Bases, Agents, and Guardrails
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein 1 Platform
• Experience designing RAG architectures and Vector Database integrations
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Apex
• Proven track record of deploying Generative AI solutions into production

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional)
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or AI Associate
• Experience with "Zero Copy" architecture between Salesforce and Data Warehouses
