Lead Agentic Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of robust full-stack components, backend APIs, and SDKs for the agentic AI platform.
• Build intuitive, responsive user-facing tools and frontend interfaces using modern web frameworks to empower seamless agent interaction.
• Evaluate and prototype pioneering technologies, frameworks, and algorithms in the rapidly evolving space of Agentic AI and Large Language Models.
• Collaborate with principal engineers, UX/UI designers, and researchers to translate bold product concepts into scalable, production-ready engineering solutions.
• Foster operational excellence by driving advanced logging, performance optimizations, and technical design discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and core frontend frameworks like React.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI concepts or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Solid experience building, deploying, and operating backend services and APIs within cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building platform-as-a-service (PaaS) or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) components.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Advanced experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Proven experience optimizing the performance and scalability of distributed systems.
