Lead Agent Architect SAP

Responsibilities

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments with a focus on SAP-backed systems like SAP Service Cloud and CRM
• Design precise prompts and LLM workflows to ensure reliable agent behavior using SAP-sourced data
• Build and configure integrations between Parloa and customer systems (ERPs, CRMs, ticketing systems) via APIs
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex SAP connectivity, authentication, and data-access patterns
• Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior, including authorization failures and transactional correctness
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external audiences

Requirements

• 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles in conversation design or AI agent development
• Experience with SAP integration (SAP BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM)
• Knowledge of SAP APIs and data access patterns (OData, REST/SOAP, OAuth2, SAP IAS/XSUAA)
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow design skills
• Proficiency with JSON/XML and API testing tools like Postman
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP AI Core or SAP Agent Builder
• Experience working with SAP system integrators
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or TypeScript/Node.js
• Exposure to Git-based collaboration and CI/CD
