Lead Agent Architect - SAP

Responsibilities

• Scope and implement AI Agent deployments with a focus on SAP-backed systems like SAP Service Cloud and CRM
• Design precise prompts and LLM workflows using embeddings to ensure reliable agent behavior
• Build and configure integrations between Parloa and customer systems (ERPs, CRMs, ticketing systems) via APIs
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex SAP connectivity, authentication, and data-access patterns
• Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behavior, including handling authorization failures and latency
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal and external audiences

Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development
• Demonstrable SAP integration experience (SAP BTP, S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM)
• Solid understanding of SAP APIs (OData v2/v4, REST/SOAP) and authentication (OAuth2, SAP IAS/XSUAA)
• Strong prompt engineering and LLM workflow design skills
• Proficiency with JSON/XML and API testing tools like Postman
• Exposure to SAP AI Core or SAP Agent Builder

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP system integrators in delivery or presales roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or TypeScript/Node.js
• Exposure to Git-based collaboration and CI/CD
