Lead, Advertising Measurement

Responsibilities

• Drive advertising measurement strategy, performance optimization, and vendor development for the EMEA region
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers, Product, and PMM teams to understand client measurement stacks and goals
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and create playbooks for EMEA-specific campaigns
• Leverage measurement results to develop benchmarks, case studies, and creative best practices
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling storylines highlighting Reddit's competitive advantage
• Support the execution of innovative primary research and insight products

Requirements

• 5+ years in ad research or ad tech (vendor, media owner, client, or agency)
• Deep familiarity with the ad measurement landscape, vendors, and technical attribution processes
• Knowledge of experimentation and underlying statistical methods
• Expertise in Reach (viewability, brand safety), Resonance (awareness, intent), and Reaction (attribution, conversion) metrics
• Experience executing incrementality testing and working with engineering/product teams
• Strong background in quantitative advertising research analysis and presentation
• Ability to weave 1st party and 3rd party data into cohesive strategic stories
• BA/BS degree
