Lead, Advertising Measurement

Responsibilities

• Drive advertising measurement, performance optimizations, and vendor development
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers and Product teams to understand client measurement stacks
• Translate global best practices into APAC-specific playbooks and campaign strategies
• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations and vertical updates
• Develop benchmarks, case studies, and media best practices to drive sales impact
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling storylines for advertisers
• Support the execution of primary research and insight products

Requirements

• 5+ years in ad research or ad tech
• Deep knowledge of the ad measurement landscape and primary vendors
• Familiarity with experimentation and statistical methods
• Expertise in reach, resonance, and reaction measurement metrics
• Experience executing incrementality testing and test+learn agendas
• Strong background in quantitative advertising research analysis and presentation
• Ability to weave 1st and 3rd party data into cohesive strategic stories
• BA/BS degree
