Lead, Advanced Analytics, Hosting Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the homes supply team to ensure strategic alignment
• Analyze data drivers for new listing supply, availability, revenue, and churn
• Define new metrics and identify leading indicators of business outcomes
• Build dashboards and data pipelines to track performance metrics and establish benchmarks
• Develop agentic workflows and AI-assisted tools to automate data analysis and reporting
• Conduct A/B tests to improve business performance and maximize incrementality
• Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams

Requirements

• Quantitative undergraduate degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• 8+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Analytics, or equivalent
• Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace setting
• Deep technical expertise in statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference
• Familiarity with LLMs and applying them to derive insights from broad datasets
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
